Sabino Augusto Montanaro was after 2 days of confinement in prison and dismissed from Tacumbú brought to his residence. After the family a habeas Corupus and his release had requested this were accepted, because the law states that no person over 70 years of age may be detained. Montanaro is now at his home under house arrest.
