- if teacher sick, ensuring representation plan the hour
- school psychological services: the meaning will be tested if PE teachers noticed something (eg disruption of the balance), this will be reported to the service

These sports boarding schools tend to move to younger students who have lost interest in the school. To sport boarding schools, they can be active physically, but taught simultaneously in the traditional school subjects.

conclusions and recommendations for physical education in Germany:
The authors of the "Second German Children and Youth Sports Report" measure movement, games and sports with outstanding importance for the development of children up to about twelve years. They impose, movement, games and sports in systematically integrating concepts for promoting development and education of children.
- p ädagogische Offer of the "body movement" in all kindergartens and appropriate training of teachers
- use of physical activity as an essential means of language support
widespread introduction of the "moving elementary school" - substantive improvements of the sports and exercise facilities in all primary schools, reduce the teacher shortage in sports and exercise, issue of mandatory Physical education to three school days by experts
- in club sports shift away from early competition orientation in favor of wide-ranging sport cross-border offerings
- development of a basic curriculum for all sports associations, has a variety of motor development for children between four and twelve years for goal.

OECD study "Education at a Glance - 2002 Edition:
finds one in four physical education class held in Germany do not even, of the three hours per week, are usually secondary to the timetable to be held on average only 2.2. Often falls out of the sport because gyms and athletic facilities are in need of rehabilitation.
